Mercedes-Benz SL 500 R230

The R230 SL generation with the specific debuted over 20 years ago. Its innovative, steel Vario folding roof allowed the transformation from coupe to convertible in 16 seconds. The design shares interesting details with the 300 SL model from the 1950s: highlighted air intakes in the front fenders, controls and profiles of the side air intakes - which are called "fins". Thanks to the completely new safety concept of the SL R 230 series, limitations that existed until now are revealed. The name of the colour (Traverine Beige) comes from travertine, a sedimentary rock already used in ancient Egypt and still characteristic of the interior configuration.

The R230 offered by Legends is originally from Florida. The car is accident-free and has a very nicelykept interior.
